When will my order ship?
We generally ship out all our online orders within 3-4 working days (excluding sundays and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via automated text message with details of shipping partner and tracking ID.
Please note that the above condition does not apply to personalised orders, which take 4-5 working days to be shipped from our side.

How can I track the status of my order?
We generally ship out all orders we receive in 24-48 working hours. At the time of booking & shipping the order, you will receive automated message & email from us. You will get details of the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order.
How much time does it take to deliver the order?
We work with all leading and reliable logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders. It might take us upto 3-4 working days to dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, most of the deliveries are completed within 5-7 working days (depending on your location).
Will someone call me before delivering the order?
We have tied up with our courier partner & you will get a text message once your order is out for delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery person before they reach the delivery address.
Can I change the address once the order is placed?
Please note once we have received your order and processed it, we can change your address before Dispatch.
Can I schedule delivery on a specific day and time?
Please note that this is not possible on assured service. It depends on logistics partner & they are not bound for the same.
