Return & Exchange Policy

Zord is committed to ensure full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. However if you are not happy with our product , you can choose to return the order.

The return is applicable within 10 days of purchase and only on an unused product that has to be sent back in its original packaging, along with the Invoice. Upon here you could either apply for a refund or an exchange with a similar value.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@zord.shop . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the Product reaches our warehouse it will be checked again for any damages caused. There will be no refund issued if the received product does not pass the Quality check.

Please Note - The amount will be refunded for the item only, Other fees like shipping fee, cod service charges etc, are non- refundable, also our shipping partner will pick up your returned item at no extra cost.

 

When can you return?

For a damaged, defective, or wrong product , you can request for replacement within 10 days of delivery.

If you have any query / issue regarding the product, you can e-mail us or contact our customer care support team, we will resolve it in 24-48 hours.

 

Refund Terms and conditions

1. Refund will be made within 7 working days after receiving the product back.

2. Our onsite QC team will check the damage to the product. If found damaged , the product will not be applicable for a refund policy.

3. We do not offer refunds on customized, Personalized, Sale and discounted items

and free gifts unless there is a defect.

 

Re-finish Service

We provide Re-finish service to our valuable customer to make your precious piece look as bright and new as it was.

For Re-finishing of the product , shipping charges will be borne by the customer. It may take 10-15 days to complete the Re-finish process and delivery of the product. This service is available only on Chains & Bracelets. Kindly contact customer support team for more information.

We’ll help you buy back our old silver product and ease the purchase of a new one.

 

Terms Of Buy Back

  1. A processing fee of Rs. 1200/- has to be made to ensure buy -back. This includes shipping charges and refining charges.
  2. The purchase of the old item will be made on 92.5% purity value of silver.
  3. We only buy back an authentic Zord product, hence once the old product reaches us, it will be checked for the Zord hallmark and quality.
  4. The buy-back program is applicable only on chains and bracelets and not on jewellery.
  5. In case you do not wish to select a new product, want to sell the old one, a refund of the silver value of the product shall be made. Kindly contact us on +918533979474 or mail us on help@zord.shop for more info. 

 

How to go about the buy-back

Step-1. Call us for a buy back or E mail to us about it.

Step-2. We shall book a pick up for your product which will have a label generated with your details on it. We’ll urge you to check these details with due diligence before handing over the product.

Step-3. Upon reaching the office the product shall be checked for authenticity and quality assurance.

If not found correct, we’ll ship it back.

Step-4. The current value of 925 silver shall be calculated and deducted from the invoice value of the new product that you have selected . The same shall be communicated to you upon here you could either go for refund or a new purchase.

Step-5. In case of a refund, the same shall be transferred to your account within 48 hours.

Step-6. In case of a new purchase, we will dispatch the new product upon receiving the balance payment.
