Zord is committed to ensure full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. However if you are not happy with our product , you can choose to return the order.
The return is applicable within 10 days of purchase and only on an unused product that has to be sent back in its original packaging, along with the Invoice. Upon here you could either apply for a refund or an exchange with a similar value.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@zord.shop . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the Product reaches our warehouse it will be checked again for any damages caused. There will be no refund issued if the received product does not pass the Quality check.
